Terms of Service
Last updated: August 10, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using OK2GO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
OK2GO records what two people agreed to. Each person confirms who they are with a photo taken in the app, completes a sobriety screening, optionally records what the agreement covers, and signs — from their own account, on their own device. Creating and completing a record is free. Sealing a completed record produces a permanent copy for each person, kept for seven years, carrying a status page that shows anyone they show it to whether the record still stands.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use the Service, and you confirm your age when you set up your account and again on every record you take part in. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18 we will close it and delete its data.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when you register and when you make a record
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not misuse or attempt to manipulate the identity or sobriety checks
- Respect the privacy and rights of other users
5. What a Record Is and Is Not
A record created through the Service documents that two identified people, each having confirmed they are 18 or older and each having passed a sobriety screening, agreed to something at a stated time. It is a record of a conversation. It is not a contract, it is not legal advice, and it is not proof of anything that happened after it was made. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by either person regardless of any record, and a withdrawal overrides the record. We make no claim that a record will be accepted as evidence in any jurisdiction; if that matters to you, consult a lawyer where you live.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7. Fees and Refunds
Creating and completing a record is free. Sealing a record is a one-time fee, shown before you pay, and either person named on the record may pay it. If sealing was not worth it, write to us and we refund it. No questions, no form, no deadline. Refunding returns the money; the sealed copies you both hold, and the status page printed on them, are unaffected. We may change prices for future purchases with reasonable notice; a change never affects a record you have already sealed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OK2GO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
10. Contact Information
